A Sturdy Door - I ve had two other pet doors, both of which had the clear vinyl flap. After a few years, both ended up tearing. I purchased this door because the door is solid plastic. As another reviewer mentioned, there isn t both an inside and outside frame. However, for my application, that wasn t an issue. My only complaint is that the magnets aren t strong enough. We occasionally get some really strong wind gusts in this area (60 MPH), and a direct hit on the door would cause it to partially open. I ended up gluing two more magnets on the door, and that solved the problem. Because of this issue, which isn t going to be a problem for most people, I am only giving this product a 4 star rating instead of a 5.
